The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported combined total gaming revenue of $625,467,775 for May 2026, which was 3.93% above May 2025.
PGCB said the $625,467,775 total was the highest monthly amount to date for the types of gaming it regulates. The previous high monthly amount was achieved in January 2025 at $623,092,053.
PGCB reported May 2026 tax revenue of $269,949,950.
At the retail level, May 2026 slots revenue was $232,063,095, an increase of 3.20% versus May 2025. In iGaming, slots revenue was $202,477,014, up 14.28% versus May 2025.
Retail tables revenue was $81,244,322, up 1.66% from May 2025. iGaming tables revenue was $49,864,055, down 5.78% versus May 2025.
Sports wagering taxable revenue in May 2026 was $52,642,686, which was 11.4% lower than the $59,417,240 reported in May 2025. PGCB also reported total sports wagering handle of $595,569,802, down 9.12% from $655,358,227 in May 2025.
PGCB reported video gaming terminals revenue (VGTs) of $3,567,771, down 3.14% from $3,683,566 in May 2025. It also reported iGaming poker revenue of $2,483,973, down 9.70% versus May 2025, while fantasy contests revenue rose to $1,124,858, up 3.30% versus May 2025.
PGCB reported that the number of slot machines in operation increased to 24,885 in May 2026 from 24,347 in May 2025.
At the property level, Mohegan Pennsylvania reported $21,459,007 in revenue for May 2026, up 1.71% versus May 2025. Mount Airy Casino Resort reported $18,177,502, down 13.29% versus $20,963,652 in May 2025, and the previous high month was January 2025.
