PokerStars on FanDuel has set its Dynasty Series for Sept. 12-28, a 100-event U.S. festival with $3.5 million in guarantees across New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania. The schedule tops out with a $300 Main Event carrying a $350,000 guarantee, while a $1,500 High Roller Main Event will add at least $200,000 to the prize pool.
As reported in August, FanDuel Poker had only confirmed that a September series was coming, without naming it or releasing the schedule. The new announcement fills in the missing pieces, including the event count, the guarantee total and the shape of the marquee tournaments.
The U.S. slate begins with the $50 No-Limit Hold’em Nightly Dynasty, which carries a $25,000 guarantee and leads six tournaments on opening day. That first day also includes the $1,000 Storm Kickoff with a $100,000 prize pool, and the next day brings the $100 Dynasty NLH with $150,000 guaranteed. Another early feature, the $250 Wednesday Wrap on Sept. 16, comes with a $25,000 guarantee. The schedule is mixed across no-limit hold’em, pot-limit Omaha and PLO5, with buy-ins starting at $10 and rising to $1,500.
The Main Event is the biggest event on the schedule, and it runs on Sept. 27 and 28. PokerStars on FanDuel has also listed a $50 Mini Main Event with a $75,000 guarantee, giving the series a lower-priced flagship alongside the high-stakes finale.
Pokerfuse said the same festival runs on PokerStars on FanDuel Ontario as well, where 61 events are listed. That side is the first tournament series on the Ontario platform, uses only no-limit hold’em, and includes regular, PKO and mystery bounty events, with buy-ins from C$30 to C$1,500. Guarantees for Ontario had not been announced when the schedule was published.
The new series follows April’s Ignite Series, which F5 Poker said packed 90 tournaments into three weeks and carried $5 million in guarantees. The outlet added that Poker Industry PRO calculated a $1,063,762 shortfall on that earlier festival. Pokerfuse said PokerStars on FanDuel will reveal more details about the series leaderboard next week.
