BetMGM has launched BetMGM Jackpots in Michigan, giving online casino customers an optional dime-a-spin side bet that opens access to four progressive jackpots. One report counted 227 slot and Slingo titles in the program, while another described the rollout as covering more than 200 eligible online casino games.

The SideBet is not built into the base wager. Players opt in, add $0.10 per spin on qualifying wagers and can switch the feature on or off from the BetMGM Casino homepage, promotion settings or inside eligible games. The extra dime sits on top of the regular bet and does not affect the outcome of the underlying game.

The program has four tiers: Mini, Minor, Major and Mega. Gaming Intelligence said they begin at $100, $6,000, $30,000 and $500,000, respectively, and that the Mega tier was already above $618,000. The smallest tier hits most often, with the other prizes growing rarer as the amounts rise. Each side bet feeds a shared network, and every participating customer has the same odds on every spin.

The feature is integrated through the BetMGM Jackpots interface, where players can see participating games, track jackpot values and check recent winners. As covered in July, BetMGM had already been layering extra promotions onto its Michigan-facing products. Oliver Bartlett, the company’s vice-president of gaming, said iGaming remains the growth engine of BetMGM’s business, driven by product innovation and differentiated player experiences, and that SideBet Jackpots adds new ways to engage with the casino offering.

BetMGM expects to take SideBet Jackpots to additional jurisdictions later in 2026, pending regulatory approval. PlayUSA said the company already runs a state-by-state progressive jackpot network with more than 25 games, including MGM Grand Millions, Bison Fury and 15 Lanterns, and that those jackpots paid out more than $122 million in 2025. It also pointed to FanDuel Casino’s similar system, launched in April 2025 and later expanded to Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
