G2 Digital launched Vegas Club Casino in New Jersey on 22 July, bringing a new real-money online casino into the state’s regulated market through a market-access partnership with Caesars Entertainment. The brand is fully licensed and regulated by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
The company says the casino is intended to evoke a time when Las Vegas properties were run by entrepreneurs rather than large corporations. Founded by Greg Carlin and Dan Alexander, Vegas Club Casino says it is built around transparent promotions, straightforward rewards and bonus offers with fewer restrictive conditions than is common across the industry.
According to a press release carried by Insider NJ, Carlin said the brand combines classic Las Vegas appeal with the transparency and security of a fully regulated online casino. Carlin is G2 Digital’s co-founder and chief executive. He also said the goal is to earn loyalty through fair play and a fun, exciting experience.
Carlin’s new launch is his first online casino project since leaving Rush Street Interactive and Rush Street Gaming, which he co-founded and led as chief executive. Alexander previously helped launch PlayStar in New Jersey and played a key role in growing it into one of the state’s top ten online casino operators.
The launch came during an unusually active period for New Jersey’s online casino industry. Three new online casino brands debuted in June, matching the total number of launches in the previous four and a half years combined.
The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement reported that internet gaming win reached $271 million in June, up 17.5% from the same month a year earlier. Year-to-date internet gaming win stood at $1.59 billion through June, a 15.0% increase from the comparable period in 2025.
Players aged 21 and older who are physically located in New Jersey can register through the Vegas Club Casino app for iOS and Android or at NJ.PlayVegasClub.com. The platform offers hundreds of slot titles, classic table games and player rewards and promotions.
