BetMGM LLC will release a business update covering April 1 through June 30 on July 28, the company said. Management will follow that with an audio webcast and question-and-answer session at 9:00am ET, 6:00am PT and 2:00pm UK time.
According to a notice on MGM Resorts International’s investor relations site, BetMGM is a 50/50 venture between MGM Resorts International and Entain plc. The company describes itself as a leading sports betting and iGaming operator across North America, founded in 2018 and headquartered in New Jersey.
The notice says BetMGM offers sports betting and online gaming through brands including BetMGM, Borgata Casino, Party Casino and Party Poker. It also says the venture has exclusive access to MGM Resorts’ U.S. land-based and online sports betting, major tournament poker and online gaming businesses, while using Entain’s U.S.-licensed technology.
