ACR Poker will place the final starting flights of its two largest OSS XL Main Events on Sunday, Sept. 27, alongside the concluding day of its $66 Main Event and the highest buy-in tournament of Second Mortgage Week. The combined guarantee for the $2,650 and $1,050 Main Events is $4.5 million within a 336-event Online Super Series XL that carries more than $50 million in guarantees.
Sunday is Day 1B, and the last entry flight, for both larger Main Events. The $2,650 event guarantees $2.5 million and the $1,050 tournament guarantees $2 million; players advancing from either flight return for Day 2 on Monday, Sept. 28, before final tables scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 29.
The two tournaments began their first flights on Sept. 20, drawing 468 entries at the $2,650 level and 950 at the $1,050 level, ACR Poker said. The series began Sept. 6 and is due to conclude Sept. 29.
The $66 Main Event also resumes Sunday for a Day 2 played to completion. It has 493 players returning after starting flights on Sept. 13 and Sept. 20, and carries a $500,000 guaranteed prize pool. ACR Poker said it absorbed a $202,100 overlay in the event.
Sunday’s high-stakes card includes the $25,500 No-Limit Hold’em 8-Max, the largest buy-in of Second Mortgage Week, and a $5,200 NLH 8-Max. The 10-tournament promotion runs across five playing days from Sept. 21 through Sept. 28, with No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha events in six-max and eight-max formats. Its buy-ins range from $5,200 to $25,500.
Chris Moneymaker said Alex Foxen and David Peters were expected to play in the Nosebleed Stakes events, while Moneymaker hoped to repeat a victory from the previous series. Second Mortgage Week closes Monday with a $15,400 NLH 8-Max and a $5,200 NLH 6-Max re-entry event.
The broader Sunday schedule also features a $630 tournament with a $750,000 guarantee, the $109 Sunday Moneymaker with a $300,000 guarantee, plus the $75,000-guaranteed Sunday Splash and $150,000-guaranteed Sunday Smash. Other OSS XL formats include PKOs, Mystery Bounties, PLO, PLO8 and turbos, with buy-ins starting at $1.65.
The final weekend also offers a last major chance to affect the OSS XL leaderboard. More than $60,000 in added cash and tournament tickets is distributed across High, Medium and Low divisions, with first-place awards of $15,000, $7,500 and $4,000. Only in-the-money finishes earn points, based on finishing position and prize-pool size; the divisions cover buy-ins of $104.50 and above, $16.50 to $88, and under $15, respectively.
