ACR Poker has now filled out the satellite programme around its Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms, the $15 million festival it announced earlier this month. The operator says the package is its largest pair of Venom events to date.
The headline tournaments run from Aug. 13 through Sept. 2 and split the guarantees between a $12 million no-limit hold’em Mystery Bounty Venom and a $3 million pot-limit Omaha Mystery Bounty Venom. Both events carry a $2,650 buy-in, use eight Day 1 flights and allow players to fire multiple flights and combine stacks for Day 2.
Mystery bounty play begins on Day 2, when every player who makes the second day is already guaranteed a cash. ACR says the hold’em event tops out at a $500,000 bounty and the Omaha event at $250,000, with a $5,000 minimum bounty in both.
Venom Fever is the main qualification campaign and, according to ACR, it offers more than 1,500 guaranteed seats. The promotion began July 13 and runs through Aug. 30, and ACR calls it its most expansive Venom satellite schedule yet.
The route map includes Direct Satellites, Mega Satellites, Beast tournaments, Venom Madness events, Survivor Flips and multi-flight qualifiers. Some paths start at $0, while Spin to Get In starts at $0.01. Venom Madness satellites are $16.50 multi-day events with Sunday Day 2s that guarantee 10 Venom seats, Mega Satellites come in at $55, $109, $290 and $630, and Beast satellites are priced at $95; ACR also says players can win free access through The Beast leaderboard.
CardPlayer also reported on Poison Path, a four-stage Survivor Flip promotion that starts at $0.80. Players who complete all four stages earn a $2,650 Venom ticket, and the first 10 verified finishers get a second ticket, giving them two entries into the festival.
