Kinectify said it ranked No. 427 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, after recording 820% revenue growth over three years. The list ranks private U.S. companies by percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025, and this year’s median growth rate among the 5,000 honorees was 130%.

The company describes itself as an intelligence and risk-management technology provider for gaming operators. It said its modern AML platform offers real-time intelligence, advanced monitoring and regulator-ready reporting, and that it supports operators responsible for about 160,000 regulated gaming machines, or roughly 20% of the U.S. gaming industry.

Kinectify also pointed to its reach in suspicious-activity reporting. In the August announcement, it said it helped operators identify and report more than $3 billion in suspicious activity to FinCEN in 2025.

FinCEN’s year review says its mission is to safeguard the financial system from illicit activity, counter money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and promote national security through financial intelligence. It also says Suspicious Activity Reports are filings certain institutions must make to report activity that might signal money laundering, tax evasion or other crimes.

Martin, who is the company’s founder and chief executive, told Pulse 2.0 that his career began with sanctions and due diligence research for large financial institutions before he moved into RegTech. He said he later worked in casino AML compliance at Caesars Entertainment and developed the idea for Kinectify while serving as an AML analyst there.

He argued that financial crime often moves through intricate networks and that many compliance tools were not built to detect those patterns because they were adapted from banking platforms or bolted onto gaming systems. Kinectify’s platform, he said, was designed to bring transaction monitoring, case management, customer risk profiling, regulatory reporting and investigative workflows into one system, with artificial intelligence layered through it to help organise data and surface significant signals.

A recent BET99 case study offered one example of that pitch in practice. It said BET99 had no transaction monitoring software at go-live in 2022 because Ontario’s newly regulated iGaming market lacked tools tailored to its AML requirements, forcing many operators to rely on manual processes and interim PowerBI reporting.

The case study said BET99’s first months produced an alert disposition time of 12.59 minutes, far below the 60 to 90 minutes the company described as typical, and that after deploying Kinectify’s AML module the figure fell to 3.19 minutes per alert. It also said transaction-monitoring time fell by 75% and that advisory services helped BET99 complete a large batch of suspicious transaction reports on time after a fraud ring was detected.

Inc. said it will celebrate this year’s honorees at the Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala in Dallas from 14 to 16 October.
