DraftKings has unveiled a new business agreement that will see the company partner up with FaZe Clan, one of the leading global eSports and entertainment organizations. With this latest partnership, DraftKings will become one of the official partners of a leading media platform for all things gaming, media and lifestyle.
In the upcoming period, the planned content activities will feature some of the best FaZe Clan content creators, such as Faze Nate Hill, Faze Adapt, Nuke Squad, Faze Temperrr and more.
According to Matt Kalish, president and co-founder of DraftKings North America, this is a natural partnership with one of the biggest and most influential entertainment and eSports organizations in existence.
“The strong crossover between DraftKings customers and FaZe’s tens of millions of viewers and followers made this a natural alliance, and we hope to create excitement, competition and community around sports and video games for adult audiences everywhere we operate,” Kalish said.
The new deal will see DraftKings appear across FaZe Clan’s digital ecosystem, including tournaments, live streams and custom content. The company will also appear at upcoming events and have access to social media platforms and FaZe Clan talent.
A perfect fit
Under the deal, DraftKings customers and FaZe Clan fans alike will gain access to new and exciting experiences, including special contests and tournaments, merchandise and much more.
The alliance will also help DraftKings improve its presence in the eSports world. The operator already offers daily fantasy eSports contests in Dota 2, Rocket League, Call of Duty, League of Legends and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
However, now the company will become an official sponsor of the FaZe Clan CS team, which will secure them a place on the team’s official channels, logos on players’ jerseys, etc.
Leo Trink, FaZe Clan CEO, shares in this vision and believes that two companies are a perfect fit for an alliance of this type.

Both DraftKings and FaZe Clan have similar goals and target similar audiences, so the partnership comes as no surprise, especially when DraftKings is looking to solidify its position in the exploding US market.
Last month, DraftKings hosted FaZe Clan members in a suite at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles for a game between the Arizona Cardinals and the Los Angeles Rams to help kick off the partnership..

As a part of the deal, FaZe Clan has pledged to work with DraftKings to create educational content designed to raise awareness for responsible gaming.
