Borgata Poker’s Big, Big Series has returned to Atlantic City with $6 million in guaranteed prize money across its schedule, culminating in a $3 million-guaranteed Main Event that begins Sept. 19. The festival began Sept. 13 at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa and runs through Sept. 23.
The $5,300 Big, Big Championship is the centrepiece and the biggest chunk of the advertised guarantees. It has three opening flights, beginning at 12:15 p.m. on Sept. 19, 20 and 21, before Day 2 on Sept. 22 and play continuing into Sept. 23. Registration remains open until Day 2 begins.

The $2,200 Big, Big Kick Off carried a $1 million guarantee, while the $2,200 Mystery Bounty and the $10,200 Big, Big Baller each offered $500,000 guaranteed. The Baller began Sept. 17, with registration open until the start of Day 2 on Sept. 18; its entry fee was covered by BetMGM Poker under the published schedule description.
Other tournaments included a $2,500 9 Game Mix with a $150,000 guarantee and a $2,200 eight-max Pot-Limit Omaha event, guaranteed at $200,000. The series also offered lower-priced events, including $600 tournaments and nightly $500 no-limit hold’em Super Turbos from Sept. 17 through Sept. 22.
The opening event was the two-day $1,100 Big, Big Welcome: H.O.R.S.E., with a $25,000 guarantee. Bonus.com reported that Super Sattie Sunday qualifiers started Sept. 13, including $250 qualifiers for $2,200 events and $140 qualifiers for $1,100 tournaments.
Players in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan could buy in or qualify online through BetMGM Poker, according to PokerNews.
